How long is the trial period?

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. NIC Partners and Verkada provide two-way shipping at no cost to you. We will send you the equipment, and if you decide not to move forward, we will provide a return label.
What happens if we decide not to buy?
There is no obligation to purchase. Simply use the provided return shipping label to send the hardware back to us at the end of the 30-day period.
Is the system compatible with my current cellular carrier?
Yes. The Verkada Cellular Gateway works with all major carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. You can use your existing data plan or choose one of our integrated options.
Will the cameras drain my bus battery?
We use third-party timed relays that connect to the bus ignition. This ensures the cameras power down when the bus is off, preventing unnecessary battery drain while the vehicle is parked.
